How To Make Scrambled Eggs (Visual)

Beginning with the Autumn Series is something very near & dear to my heart…EGGS.  I know it might not sound very Autumnish; but truly, learning how to make scrambled eggs is one of the better gifts.  Heck, eggs are a gift in & of themselves.  The perfect meal.

While pregnant, I would find that scrambled eggs with a sprinkling of truffle salt (received for Christmas) and cubed avocados was sublime.  Once you know how to make scrambled eggs as is, you can play around and simply add in fresh herbs, or saute veggies and add at the end.  Another one of my favorites is mincing up shallots and gently saute in olive oil over low-medium heat.  Add a pinch of salt and cook to translucent then add the whisked eggs.  Serve with fresh tarragon.  So go for it and follow the visual aid.

How do you normally like your eggs?
